End Suffering

The beauty of Gaia continues to astound me. Nature lovingly inspires me to look within rather than without. When I listen to my internal guidance, I realize that nothing is outside of myself. The lessons, moments, and experiences in this life are ones I chose in order to learn and grow. As I dig deeper and strive to new heights, I am reminded of the gentle truth that suffering is a result of desiring something, anything, other than what is here, now. When we want something other than what is in front of us, we cannot act from a place of gratitude and present-moment awareness. Suffering is self-sabotage perpetuated by the fear-driven ego, which will analyze something to pieces, comparing what has been to what’s to come.

When we allow the mesmerizing beauty of nature and our own inner light to inspire us, we can tell the ego-mind to take a backseat. This is when we consciously choose to act from a place of inner-knowing, gratitude, and peace, instead of the past and future-tripping of the fearful mind. We choose love over fear by accepting the now and extending unconditional compassion to ourselves and others. We end our suffering by releasing all desires for anything other than the present moment. In doing so, we exist in a state of gratitude as we continually let go of the cause of our suffering.

Fairy Wonderland.

After returning from a splendid journey in the mountains of Utah, I feel refreshed and rejuvenated. Each day was spent hiking in pristine nature where I existed outside the confines of time, giving and receiving healing. The woodland mountain air is incredibly oxygen-rich. Nothing feels better than taking an invigorating inhale of the freshest air. During those days deep in the mountains, I wanted to tread lightly, each step offering the land healing energy. By spending time outside in the wilderness, I felt loved, nurtured, and grounded. In the lush landscape of the mountains, there is an all-pervading peaceful serenity and silence that cannot be replicated elsewhere.

The majesty and grandeur of the beautiful mountains has a way of making one feel so small, yet intimately connected to the greater whole. Nature whispers her wisdom if we listen. She beckons us to love and care for her, as she does for others without expectation. The elementals and earth fairies that reside in these lush environments also encourage us to be stewards of the land, to actively protect and nurture our mother Gaia. In the wilderness, you can tune into pure life-force energy and allow yourself to be, beyond thought, desire, and fear. When you tune into the vibration of the land, it will lead you to lovely places that leave you in a state of awe and gratitude.

With each step, you are guided to exactly where you are supposed to be. Love the journey!

Dreams are Realities in Waiting

Lightworkers are continuously awakening to their path, their highest potential to utilize their unique gifts and skills to serve others. We heed the inner call for transformation and conscious expansion. Otherwise, we allow outdated programming and old paradigms to hinder our progress. Once we decide to wake up, the path continues to unfold in Divine Time, according to the timelines we decide to align with through our thoughts, actions, and ways of being. We hold a specific energetic vibration that is unique to the entire universe. Therefore we possess unlimited power to transform and inspire others through our own journey.

By consciously aligning with the energetic frequency of our highest timeline, we begin to break down the patterns and old paradigms that block our growth. We can finally say to ourselves, “I am ready to let go of these limiting beliefs. I ask for assistance in releasing the programs which no longer serve my highest evolution. I forgive and I release this now, leaving only the loving lessons behind.” Through this process, we create new paradigms that are more in alignment with the world we want to live in, one characterized by abundance, playfulness, and higher dimensional awareness.

As Charis Melina says, we are here as conscious creators of our own “Heaven Bubble,” to ground the vibration of pure love, peace, and bliss into our reality. When we realize that everything is our creation, we take responsibility for the thought forms and mental programming that we allow into our experience. We can let go of the old in a symbolic death in order to nurture transformation and create heaven on Gaia. As we continue to ground the energetic grid of the new earth, we become beacons of light, radiating the limitless abundance, peace, and stillness we feel inside, with the full knowledge that the only limitations we face are those we created and perpetuated.
